What a great experience!
I didn't know what to expect my first day in Les Tippen's dog obedience training
class. I was definitely a "green horn" relative to dog obedience. Les
has a way of putting one at ease. he has given me the confidence and tools
needed to communicate with my dog. To say the least, the "Good Dog Training"
experience has given me a new perspective on the definition of "man's best friend."
I would also add that the environment Les provides is top notch. This enables
the dog and handler to learn more effectively. I would recommend anyone to
take the "Good Dog Training" experience.

Les Tippen has worked with our 5 dogs, in our home, for over one year on a weekly
basis. Four of our dogs have been rescued from abandonment and/or extremely
abusive situations. The ages range from a 2-month old puppy through a 14-year
old dog. He has developed a positive relationship with each dog - two of whom,
when first brought into our home, avoided and feared human contact.
He has a kind, gentle yet firm manner in training. His efforts are largely
responsible for these rescued dogs to be rehabilitated sufficiently to function
in a family environment with children and other animals.
I would recommend his services without hesitation to anyone who needs assistance
in training their dog(s).

Les Tippen is easily my preferred referral for clients in need of obedience training.
Many of my clients have returned to him with their next generation puppies.
Les Tippen is particularly adaptable to owners differing needs with a variety of
breeds. His easy manner instills both calmness and confidence in both owners
and dogs. With a firm but gentle hand Les' use of positive methods reaps wonderful
rewards for the whole family.
